STAY CALM

If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.

REDUCE BLEEDING

Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.

CONTROL SWELLING

Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

This was a holiday weekend and their office was the only one open! The tooth had been too sensitive to treat initially but they numbed the area and prescribed medication to help calm my pain. They met me on a Saturday morning, both doctors, assisted each other to give me the upmost care. They covered me with a blanket and had a TV monitor playing videos of serene locations with calming music. They continually checked on my comfort. They were amazing!! Dr. Jihoon Son

Dr. Jihoon Son was born and raised in South Korea. His family moved to Chicago to start a new life, and he was very fortunate to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree at Indiana University in 2007 and Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2012. After living in Korea and Illinois for their entire lives, his wife and he wanted to try something new. Austin had been the right choice for them, with its great weather and lively nature. They were both avid golfers and enjoyed traveling in their free time.

Dr. Kevin Min

He was born in South Korea but came from a multicultural and multilingual background and has lived all over the world: Asia, New Zealand, and Canada. This diversity had driven him to seek new travel destinations and food.

He earned his dental degree in Cleveland and lived near Chicago before moving down to Austin. He was really enjoying country-style living and was always looking to try out any outdoor activities.
